DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE REAR AIR MIX DAMPER SERVO MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disconnect the connector.
|
(b) Remove the 2 screws and rear air mix control servo motor.
2. REMOVE REAR MODE DAMPER SERVO MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 4 screws and the bracket.
|
|
(b) Disconnect the connector.
|
(c) Remove the 2 screws and rear mode damper servo motor.
3. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONNECTOR TUBE
|
(a) Remove the packing.
|
|
(b) Disconnect the hose.
|
(c) Remove the 3 screws.
|
(d) Remove the bolt and slide the hook connector.
|
(e) Remove the air conditioning connector tube.
|
(f) Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning connector tube.
|
4. REMOVE WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the 4 screws and the bracket.
|
(b) Using pliers, grip the claws of the 2 clips and side the clips to remove the water pipe.
|
5. REMOVE HEATER INLET WATER HOSE
|
(a) Disengage the claw and separate the clamp.
|
(b) Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clips to disconnect the heater water hose.
6. REMOVE HEATER OUTLET WATER HOSE
|
(a) Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clips to disconnect the heater water hose.
|
7. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the screw.
|
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the heater clamp.
|
(c) Remove the heater radiator unit from the rear cooling unit as shown in the illustration.
|
8. REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 3 screws and the rear blower motor.
|
9. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws and the blower motor controller.
|
10. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE
|
(a) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the plate.
|
|
(b) Remove the grommet.
|
|
(c) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and rear cooling unit expansion valve.
|
11. REMOVE REAR EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR
|
(a) Disengage the clamp.
|
(b) Disengage the claw and the rear evaporator temperature sensor.
12. REMOVE REAR EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 13 screws.
|
|
(b) Remove the rear evaporator as shown in the illustration.
|
|
(c) Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear evaporator.
|
|
